How to Apply

If you would like to arrange a tour of our school, please contact the reception office via phone on 01299 250312 or via email office@har.saet.co.uk. If you have visited our school and would like to join Hartlebury CofE, please follow the instructions below about the admissions process.

  • You will be sent an email to acknowledge receipt of your submitted application
  • If you do not have access to the internet, you can get online at any Worcestershire library
  • Training on "How to get online" is available free to all Worcestershire Library members
  • Or telephone School Admissions on 01905 822700 if you need assistance

Seesaw

In our classroom we use an app called Seesaw. This platform will help you stay connected with your child's learning journey by giving you a window into our classroom.

Seesaw is a simple and secure digital portfolio where your child will be able to share their work with you. They can post photos, videos, drawings, and more. It's a fantastic way to celebrate their successes and see their progress throughout the year. You will only see the work that your own child posts, and the platform is designed with student privacy as a top priority.

As a family member, you will get notifications when your child adds new work, and you can "like" or leave comments to encourage them. It's a great way to start conversations at home about what they're learning in school.

Before your child starts with us you will receive a link to join their class on Seesaw then you'll be able to select your child's profile to follow. This will be approved by staff members to ensure only approved family members are able to view children's learning journeys.

Uniform

At Hartlebury CE Primary School, while wearing a school uniform is not mandatory for our youngest learners, we believe it offers a wonderful way to foster a sense of community and belonging right from the start. Our uniform is ideal for the busy and creative activities of Early Years. It not only prepares children for their journey through school but also helps to create a shared identity, making every child feel part of our special school family.

Free School Meals

Please see the information below regarding free school meals. Please apply online using the link below which will take you to the online form on the Citizen Portal. Even if you don’t think you are eligible, it is always worth a try as you never know!

  • Universal Credit provided they have an annual net earned income not exceeding £7,400 (£616.67 per month)
  • Income Support

  • Support under Part 6 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • The guarantee element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit, provided you are not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190, as assessed by HMRC
  • Working Tax Credit run-on-paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax

Please list all of your children on the form, even if they attend different schools.
