At Hartlebury, we are proud that our children are keen to follow a healthy lifestyle through exercise and the way that they eat. We ask parents to provide healthy options in lunch boxes and to encourage their children to drink plenty of water.
School lunches are provided by Alliance in Partnership Limited and are cooked fresh daily on site. All dishes produced meet the government’s ‘Nutritional Standards.’
Hot lunches are free to all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 (through the Universal Free School Meals programme) and to children entitled to Free School Meals. For all other children, they are £2.20 per day or for the whole week at £11.00, which entitles each child to a hot meal, pudding and a trip to the salad bar.
Please Note: All meals must be booked by 11.59pm, the Wednesday before the week commences. After this time, you will be unable to book hot meals.
Please see the information below regarding free school meals. Please apply online using the link below which will take you to the online form on the Citizen Portal. Even if you don’t think you are eligible, it is always worth a try as you never know!
If you need any support in doing this please speak to Miss Gledhill in the school office 01299 250312.
