We have been invited to take part in the Hartlebury Village Christmas Tree Festival, taking place in the Parish Hall on Friday 30th Nov, 6.00pm-8.00pm, Saturday 1st December, 1.00pm-4.00pm and Sunday 2nd December 10.30am-12.30pm.

We have been donated a tree to festoon for the festival, but need your help with the decorations. If you would like to take part and create a decoration for our tree at home with your family, we will ensure it helps make our display the best one there! The decorations will need to be in school by Friday 30th November, at 9.00am, as some children will be taking them up to the Parish Hall and adorning our tree that afternoon.

The festival is raising money for West Mercia Women’s Aid and Hartlebury WI and is open for all to see. There will be an auction of some of the trees during the weekend, but ours will come back to school and be displayed in the hall for all to see! If your decoration is named we will try to get it back to you at the end of term but cannot guarantee this; it may be lost in transit!

We hope lots of families will take part as we really do want ours to be a tree to remember!

Any donations of battery powered Christmas Tree lights, with batteries, would be gratefully received!
