Spring Fayre – Friday 13th May 2022

We hope you are all looking forward to the Spring Fayre tomorrow!

Firstly, thank you for all of the donations of sweets and chocolate for the tombola!

We are very grateful for such a generous response.

Just a few things to note for tomorrow;

• Entry is £1 per person (cash only)

• Hot food and bar will be accepting card payments but all other activities will be cash only as far as we are aware.

• Maypole dancing will be approx. 4pm and the Hartlebury’s Got Talent Final will be approx. 5pm.

• Parking will not be available in the staff car parks or the White Hart pub. Hartlebury Castle have very kindly agreed to let us use their drive – please only park on the one side and do not obstruct the entrance onto the road. Their car park should not be used.

We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible tomorrow – fingers crossed for some beautiful weather!
