SAET will be hosting adventurer, writer and motivational speaker Charlie Walker into schools for Year 5 children on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 to inspire students across the trust.

Charlie specialises in long-distance, human-powered journeys and he will talk to the students about his many expeditions, which include a 4 year, 43,000 mile, transcontinental bicycle journey plus many more! In fact he will be returning from Papa New Guinea the day before!

The purpose of his visit is to entertain, inspire, challenge as well as to instil a sense of curiosity about the wider world.

The trust are also offering a community event in the evening from 6.30pm at Baxter College. There will be 220 seats available, on a 1^st come, 1^st serve basis.
