Eliza in Year 1 drew a fantastic Self-Portrait at After School Care. We think it is A-MA-ZING!! All of our children who attend our Wrap Around Care provisions have lots of fun and enjoy coming along. Years 3 and 4 have kicked off American Flag Football on Fridays. A non-contact version of American Football. All the children have had a great time learning a new sport and new skills. They have enjoyed scoring touchdowns, intercepting passes and receiving snaps. Please take a look at more fabulous American Flag Football pictures which can be found in our Gallery.

After School Care always provide lots of fun and engaging activities for the children.

Before we broke up for the Easter Holidays, some of our attendees created some beautiful Easter Craft whilst having fun in after school care.

After school activities for the second half of the Autumn Term for Years 1 to 6, starting Monday 31st October until Thursday 15th December 2022.

All after school clubs are £3.00 per week.

For this half term, a 7 week block of clubs is £21.00. *Gymnastics on a Friday, will be £18.00*.

Please note: Payment is required in full by 6.00pm on Friday 21st October 2022.

There will be no refund given for any child who is absent, sent home from school sick or no longer wishes to take part in the activity.

There are a maximum of 16 spaces available per activity.

Please email office@hartlebury.worcs.sch.uk with your child’s interest by 9.00am on Wednesday 19th October 2022.

Once the 16 places have been allocated, a payment item will then be added to your ParentPay account and payment MUST have been received by 6.00pm on Friday 21st October 2022. If payment is not received, your child will not be able to take part in the activity.

Collection is at 4.15pm on playground 3.

The after school care team are offering sweet making and cookie decorating after school on Friday 17th February 2023.

The after school activities for the second half of the Summer Term for Reception and Years 1 to 6, starting Monday 5th June until Wednesday 19th July 2023.

All after school clubs are £3 per week. For this half term, a 7-week block of clubs is £21 payable on Parent Pay once you have signed your child up.

Due to the end of term on Thursday 20th July, Thursday club will be £18 for this half term.

Due to the TED Day on Friday 21st July and Sports Day on Friday 14th July, Friday club for this half term will be £15.

Please email office@hartlebury.worcs.sch.uk with your child’s interest by 9.00am on Friday 2nd June 2023. Collection from sports clubs are at 4.15pm.

The after-school care team are offering an End of Term party after school on Friday 14th July 2023.
