Macmillan Coffee Morning

Thank you to everyone who were able to come along to our Macmillan coffee morning held on Friday 28th September 2018. Staff in school provided the cakes for this event and parents/carers donated cakes for a sale at the end of the school day. The children took part during their break time when the Year 6 children held a tuck shop.

Thank you to everyone who donated. We raised £175.55 for this amazing charity. All proceeds from will go to Macmillan.

We are very proud to be a part of such a wonderful community spirit.

Bonfire Party

This years Bonfire Party was one to remember! The weather was truly awful but it really was a success because of everyone who came along to support us and enjoyed the fabulous fireworks, bonfire and even a tasty hog roast!

Thank you for coming, supporting us and getting very wet in the meantime!

We raised a brilliant £1,100!! It really is much appreciated.

Please look out for more fabulous pictures in our Gallery.

The PTA

We raised approximately £173.00 plus £50.00 on the raffle. It was a huge success and we will definitely do it again as we have had some requests for there to a be a dads table! The competition is on!

PTA Quiz Night

What a Fantastic night on Friday 31st January 2020 at the PTA quiz night. Congratulations to ‘The Dads’ who were the winning team on the night and thank you to them for donating their prize money to the PTA.

Runners up where ‘The Underdogs’ and ‘The PTA/School teams.’

Thank you to everyone who came along. It was a very enjoyable evening with lots of fun and laughter. Final total to follow but we raised well over £200 (after fish and chips!)

Please look out for more photos in our Gallery.

PTA Readathon

From 4th – 17th October, the PTA have organised a Readathon to raise money for the school library!

Sponsors will donate based on the amount of time you read so the more you read, the more you raise!

Children will have time to read in school and can also count time reading at home too, with prizes to be won in EYFS/KS1 and KS2 for the children who raise the most money.

Happy Reading!

PTA – RUDOLPH CARDS Personalised Mug and Products Project!

This year we are pleased to announce that our school is raising money by taking part in the RUDOLPH CARDS Personalised Card, Mug and Products Project!

The children can design a special picture which can be printed on to their very own packs of Christmas Cards or on a ceramic Mug and even on to a wide range of products from Teddies to Coasters!

Perfect for family and friends this coming Christmas Season, as they will be truly unique!

All you need to do is encourage your child to create their design on the accompanying Drawing Sheet/Order Form and send it back to the school on or before Friday 5th November 2021.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you only use Felt-tip pens or Water-based Paints. Please Note – no glitter or stuck on collage can be accepted!

Santa Dash!

On Friday 10th December (Christmas Jumper Day) your children will be taking part in the Annual Hartlebury Primary School Santa Dash around the school playground.

Why not wear your Santa hat to school or wear tinsel as a scarf?

Children will trot like a reindeer, stroll like Santa, skip like an elf and stomp like a snowman for 15 minutes, completing the course as many times as they can in that time.

By taking part, we are hoping to raise as much money as we can for Hartlebury Primary School PTA. We would like children to ask family members and friends to sponsor them to take part in the dash.

There will be a prize for the top fundraiser across KS1 and the top fundraiser across KS2.

Your child will be coming home this week with a printed sponsorship form which needs to be returned to school in a sealed envelope, with any money raised by Friday 10th December.

Good Luck!

Miss Perry

Thank You PTA

Thank you so much to the PTA for our brand-new playground equipment and trolley.

The Year 5 and 6 children have been using the equipment everyday at the end of lunchtime when there’s a little more space on the playground.

Ollie in Year 6 said, “We love playing with the equipment, it is helping us to stay active at lunchtimes” Sadie, also in Year 6, said, “Lunchtimes are so much more fun now that we have equipment to play with, thank you to the PTA for making our school a better place!”

We look forward to the summer when we can go on the field so that even more children can use the equipment.

Thank you, PTA!
