Oak Tree

Hartlebury CofE Primary School would like to say a huge thank you to Tony Miller, Worcestershire County Councillor, for donating a beautiful Holm Oak Tree to mark the Platinum Jubilee of the Late Queen.

The tree is a Holm oak, an evergreen broadleaf tree that can grow to 20m and develop a huge, rounded crown. It was introduced to Britain in the late 1500s.

The Oak Tree has been planted on our school drive and is looking beautiful.

Thank you must also go to the Parish council and to Allan Buck, who very kindly came and dug the hole!!
